Refund Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
A short policy, written like a person.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a seven-day free trial. You won't be charged anything during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you owe nothing.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
14-day refund window
If you were charged for a new monthly or annual subscription within the last 14 days and the app isn't right for you, email hello@hershoreline.com with the email on your account and we'll refund you in full. No interrogation. No "are you sure?" loop.
After 14 days
Outside that window, we don't refund partial periods — but you can cancel any time and won't be charged again. Annual plans aren't pro-rated after the 14-day window.
Exceptional circumstances
If something genuinely unfair happened — a duplicate charge, a billing error on our end, an extended outage — write to us. We'll make it right.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record. They typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Contact
For anything billing-related, email hello@hershoreline.com. We answer within two business days.
