Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Her Shoreline is a personal companion for women in their second chapter. The app is operated by A Public Relations Company d/b/a Her Shoreline ("Her Shoreline," "the app," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you are entering into an agreement with A Public Relations Company d/b/a Her Shoreline and you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Her Shoreline. One account per person, please.
3. What you write here is yours
Your journal entries, intentions, gratitudes, vision boards, and reflections belong to you. We store them so we can show them back to you and so the reflection coach can be useful. We don't sell them, train external models on them, or share them with anyone outside the small team that runs the service.
4. Membership and billing
Some features — including the reflection coach — require a paid membership. Paid plans renew automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or yearly). You can cancel any time from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps your access through the end of the current period.
Trials, when offered, last seven days. We'll only charge you after the trial ends, and only if you haven't cancelled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See our Refund Policy.
5. Reflection coach is not therapy
The reflection coach is an AI companion. She's warm and she means well, but she is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or crisis service. If you're in distress, please reach a human — your GP, a therapist, or a local crisis line.
6. What you can't do here
Don't use the app to harass anyone, attempt to break in, scrape data, resell access, or upload anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.
7. The app, as is
We try to keep Her Shoreline running well, but we can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs. The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Her Shoreline after a change means you accept it.
